ABOUT

Drinks with a story.

I started Porcelain because I wanted to enjoy the drinks I was not seeing on menus. After working in the boba industry since 2016, I kept noticing how repetitive the category had become, and I could push it toward something more personal, creative, and memorable.

For me, a drink can start with anything— a childhood flavor, a favorite dish, a feeling, or even a wild idea. Porcelain is where I turn those ideas into custom drinks for weddings, private events, and brand moments.

A dessert buffet table with bowls of colorful jelly, sliced dried oranges garnished with edible flowers, and a glass of iced tea with orange slices and edible flowers, set on a tablecloth with blue floral patterns.
A cup of bubble tea with tapioca pearls and an orange slice garnish, on a table with bowls of toppings in the background.
A buffet table with two large glass dispensers, one filled with yellow juice and the other with orange juice, topped with animal-shaped gummy candies. In front are bowls of diced fruits including mango, red and yellow bell peppers, and blueberries, each with a small label. Small bowls of yogurt or pudding are also visible.
A tiered serving tray with edible flower petals, including yellow and purple flowers, along with sliced oranges and a drink garnished with orange slices and a flower, on a table with a blue and white floral tablecloth.
A plastic cup of bubble tea with dark tapioca pearls at the bottom, labeled "Porcelain Premium Boba Catering," with an orange-colored drink and a lemon slice garnish on top. A spoon with a yellow flower is positioned above the cup, with a blurred background of a dining setup.

Why I started Porcelain

I have always wanted to make the kinds of drinks I actually wanted to order. Too often, menus felt like copies of each other— the same drinks, the same safe flavors, just packaged a little differently.

I kept thinking about what was missing. What would a drink taste like if it captured the rush of skydiving, the feeling of crossing a marathon finish line, or saying “I do”? That is the approach I bring to Porcelain: drinks that feel specific, original, and worth remembering.

Lets make some cool drinks.

Tell me about your event, flavor ideas, or even just the feeling you want to create, and I’ll help turn it into a drink experience.
